Valdimar Jóhannsson’s directoral debut is less a horror film and much more an unnerving arthouse drama. If you have the patience for the slow-burn A24 vibes – an affecting little gem of a film. Noomi Rapace has not only has the most interesting face ever put on film, but also her reserved performance builds to a raw emotional finale that left me breathless.
