This golf course offers the best bang for the buck.
Located in the small hamlet of Elephant Butte, New Mexico is the golf course that should not be.
About 12 years ago a developer that that this would bee a great place for a model community. So they spent over 40 million to develop the area.
Well that was 2007 and we know no what happened then (the housing crash) and it was a disaster for the project but fortunately the had built the golf course that rivals any course in New Mexico. They had brought in Guy Wimberley (member of the golf hall of fame) as the head pro. Guy had managed golf courses in and around New Mexico for years and was known as Mr. New Mexico. golf.
